They contain insoluble fibers which help keep blood sugar levels in check.

In Nigeria, tiger nuts have been used over the years to boost libido in women and treat erectile dysfunction in men. They have also been known to aid sperm production in men.

Their high fiber profile also aid easy and better digestion.

Tiger nuts are also known to contain the good kind of cholesterol, which also aids heart health.

Tiger nut extracts like tiger nut milk are good sedatives for people experiencing insomnia.
